most commonly asked questions that you may have
regarding NetTeller.
What
if I lose or forget my NetTeller ID and or PIN?
If you lose of forget your NetTeller ID or PIN, you can
contact us at 434-246-5211 or click the email button to
send a request that it be resent.
What
if I change my email address?
Just send us an email
to notify us of the change.
You will also be asked to verify your current email
address periodically
What
if I change my Internet Service Provider?
Your account is unaffected, your ID/PIN does not change.
But please remember to email us your new email address.
What if I am
already setup on NetTeller but want to add to the accounts that I
can see online?
You
can notify us via email or call your nearest branch and request that
they notify us of the accounts to be added.
What
if I close an account and do not wish to view it online anymore?
You
can notify us via email or call your nearest branch and request that
they notify us of the accounts to be deleted.
Can
I view BSV Credit Card information online?
Yes, click on NetAccess on the BSV
homepage.
First time users will need to register their BSV Visa or
MasterCards.
Can
I make a loan payment using NetTeller?
Yes,
using the Transfer Funds feature you can transfer funds to the loan
to make a payment.
Can
I see my collateral that is listed for a loan online?
No.
What
if I no longer want NetTeller?
You
can notify us at email
or have your branch notify us that you would like to close your
NetTeller account.
What
if I receive an error message and cannot get into NetTeller?
If
you are receiving the 128
bit encryption error message, go to the NetTeller login page and
click the Test Browser button. If it finds that you are not
running 128 bit encryption it will give you a link to follow so
that you can upgrade your browser.
If you are receiving an error message that says “account
locked”, you can contact us at 434-246-5211to unlock your
account immediately.
(Any locked NetTeller account is unlocked by 9:00AM the
next business day Monday thru Friday. This does not apply to
weekends or bank holidays.)
