It's totally secure and as simple as pointing and clicking. NetTeller is an easier, more convenient way to manage your finances. Log on anytime and start banking when you want to.

Features

Main Menu
View your balance, order checks and check current interest rates.
Transactions
View transactions for up to 90 days or search by entering specific criteria. View images of your checks that have been processed and see descriptions of debit card transactions. You will also see your current balance and available funds.
Download
Your account activities can be downloaded in 6 different formats including Intuit Quicken, Intuit QuickBooks, Microsoft Money, Personal Finance(qif), Spreadsheet(csv) and Word Processing(txt).
Statements
Download your account statement in PDF, HTML, or TEXT formats.
Stop Payments
Allows you to submit a stop payment electronically by entering the appropriate information.
  Transfers
View a list of transfers to and from your account. Submit electronic transfers here as a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly, annual, semi-annual transaction.
Banking Rewards
Statement Rewards helps you save money and receive discounts for frequent purchases at your favorite merchants. Bill Analysis will notify you of ways to reduce your largest monthly bills. (These services do not access or store personally identifiable customer information. No personal financial information can be shared with third parties. These services can be disabled at your discretion.)

 

Options
Aside from those standard features we also offer you the ability to customize your NetTeller experience with the following options:
Login
Change your user ID, password, or email address.
Accounts
Give your accounts pseudo names and configure how many accounts are displayed and in what order.
Alerts
Setup event, balance, item and personal alert notifications for your accounts.
My NetTeller
Customize the information displayed when you login to NetTeller.


Bank-to-Bank Transfers
As a NetTeller customer, you can now have access to BSV's new Bank-to-Bank Transfers service. Bank-to-Bank Transfers allow you to move your money between your BSV checking and/or savings accounts and those you own at other U.S. financial institutions.
Simply log-in to NetTeller, just as you do today
Click the Contact link in the top right corner

Create a new, secure message to request this new service; the request should indicate your desire to have Bank-to-Bank Transfers added to your setup

Once approved, the Bank-to-Bank Transfers link will appear with your next log-in
  Cost
A $3.00 transaction fee will be charged for each outbound transfer from your BSV accounts to your non-BSV accounts.
A $1.00 transaction fee will be charged for each inbound transfer from your non-BSV accounts to your BSV accounts.

You may FAX it to (434) 246-2077, mail it to Net Banking Administrator, PO Box 40, Carson, VA 23830; or bring the completed application to any BSV branch. The application must be signed in order to be processed.
