Remote Deposit Capture is a service that allows your business to scan checks and then transmit them electronically to The Bank of Southside Virginia. Below you will find a list of the benefits and features of this new service.
With the purchase of a scanner your business is able to scan checks onsite and transmit the images and dollar totals electronically to BSV for processing.
If the deposit batch is received and processed by 4 o'clock PM you receive same day credit.
Your business can have multiple locations depositing to a single account or to multiple accounts.
The system is web-based and requires no software installation.
Images are retained for 120 days online and available for viewing. Thereafter images can be retrieved from the archives.
Reports are available online.
