NetTeller Mobile brings account access to your mobile device or smartphone. All that is required is a web-enabled device and wireless service. Once activated, simply enter the secure URL in your device’s web browser to gain access to your accounts.
Like NetTeller it is secure, using the same multi-factor authentication and offers the following features.
- View account balances
- View transaction history
- Make account transfers
- Pay bills
- Receive automatic payment confirmations via text message
NetTeller Mobile is a free service for our NetTeller customers. If you would like to use NetTeller Mobile please first enroll in NetTeller here.
If you are currently enrolled and an active user of NetTeller please follow these 4 steps to activate NetTeller Mobile.
After logging into NetTeller, click the OPTIONS button.
Click the Mobile Banking button.
Click the Web Mobile Settings button.
Check to enable web access for your mobile device. Select which accounts you want to access.
Step 5 (optional)
Select “yes” if you want to receive text message alerts. Enter your mobile number, including the area code and select your mobile carrier.
