PERSONAL BANKING – PERSONAL SAVINGS
A Savings Account provides a secure and convenient way to put money aside for the future. Or you may be a regular saver who wants to keep a source of cash readily available for those unexpected emergencies. A Savings Account offers you a convenient way to build cash reserves.
The number of deposits is unlimited. Two in-branch withdrawals are allowed per month, with a small fee per withdrawal thereafter. Savings Accounts are accessible through ATMs with a BSV Cash Plus Card. ATM withdrawals are classified as in-branch transactions and are subject to the monthly limit of two in house withdrawals. Deposit and withdrawal slips are provided at no charge.
Funds may be transferred automatically from Savings Accounts to credit BSV loan payments, other BSV checking, or savings accounts. Funds may also be credited to Savings Accounts from other sources such as BSV checking or savings accounts, direct deposit services from your employer, from a retirement fund or from a governmental agency.
Regulations limit transfers from a savings account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, NetTeller, telephone transfers, check, draft, debit card, or similar order to third parties to six per calendar month.
